Devin Cahn has been a transformative leader in the swimming pool industry for nearly four decades. His innovative leadership and dedication to fostering a culture of respect and collaboration have significantly shaped the sector, reflecting his strong commitment to family values and transparency. After graduating magna cum laude from Florida State University in 1985, he moved to New York to begin his career. His father, a respected industry figure, provided his first job, under whose mentorship he quickly grasped the complexities of the pool business. A year later, sensing more significant opportunities, he returned to Florida, where he utilized his father's business model to cater to a robust demand for swimming pool services. His business acumen led to the expansion of his services beyond Florida. In 1996, he ventured into Atlanta, and by 2002, he had expanded his operations into the western United States. His company, he Associates, further extended its reach to the northeastern U.S. in 2014 and entered the Texas market in 2021. Today, he oversees more than 35 employees nationwide, instilling a culture that values employee well-being and cultivates strong vendor partnerships. Throughout his career, he has earned multiple accolades, including the prestigious "Salesman of the Decade" award from CMP, underscoring his sales prowess and dedication. His memberships in Beta Gamma Sigma Business Honor Society, Alpha Mu Alpha, and the Marketing Society celebrate his professional and academic achievements. Outside the office, he is an ardent sports fan, holding season tickets for FSU Football, Tampa Bay Bucs, and Tampa Bay Lightning. His passion also extends to coin collecting, adding depth to his diverse interests. Philanthropically, he is deeply involved in supporting various causes, including Metropolitan Ministries and Feeding Tampa Bay, along with initiatives like teaching children to swim, which align with his industry. He also contributes significantly to his temple, demonstrating his spiritual commitment and community engagement.
